Hopefully it dies in the senate. But, I'm not holding my breath.
Where in the Constitution/Bill of Rights does it give the government the authority to "allow" us to do other than we see fit with our own belongings? We have a duty to ignore unjust laws.
That would be Inhofe and Lankford.

I am hopefully it won't pass the senate, but I am realistic that it might go through. It would take the 60 majority to pass, but I think a lot of moderate republicans are going to get a lot of pressure to vote yes on it.
While its perfectly clear to all of us why this shouldn't pass, a lot of of people are going to have a hard time explaining why they are against people having background checks or adding some time to the waiting period when asked by the media. I have spoken to a lot of people over the years who purchased their first firearm and own 1 gun or something that they never shoot and a lot of them are pretty anti-gun honestly. They aren't against universal background checks or longer waiting periods, or higher taxes, or registry... because they have their 1 firearm and aren't going to purchase more and aren't really a part of the 2A community.

I remember reading during Clinton's term they bragged they stopped 600,000 people from buying firearms because of the background checks. They only charged about 12 of them for lying on the form, which is a felony.
