How do you view truth?

Truth is just the facts. Nothing more, nothing less. People are often biased against the truth as it often requires that they adjust their opinion on a subject. The main problem in ascertaining truth is having all the facts. Like a math equation, if one aspect is missing the actual answer can be skewed and the result is lack of truth.

Truth is somthing rarely told, and when it is told, no one wants to hear, or refuses to hear.

Truth is objective reality. What is truth does not depend on whether or not it is perceived as such by men. Men come to know reality through their sensory input and the reasoning power of their minds. Men have no other methods of discovering reality. To rely on any other methods of discovering truth or reality is to close one's mind off to reality. Men can deny reality, but they cannot avoid the consequences of denying reality.

There is no truth, only perceptions. There are immutable laws, like gravity, but the human brain will alter or ignore that which it does not want to acknowledge.

The pretzel thing is pretty good. How many religions, leaders, despots, and charlatans have risen to power through history based on a perceived version of "truth".
There are NO totally honest humans. And that is a Universal Truth.
