How many of you are debt free? (Dave Ramsey stuff)

I have all but the remainder of my mortgage. Everything else I own outright. House should be paid in under 2 years.

58 years young. And no, it has not always been that way!

I have $175 on a credit card, my wife has $7,000 on a student loan (at an absurdly low interest rate), and a mortgage. No car payments, no student loans for me, no other debt which is nice

Just the mortgage. But I'm only 26 and I put more than 20% cash into both houses I've had. Walked with $27k when I sold the first one (listed for 3 weeks).

I've never had a credit card. Middle aged people LOVED to tell me I needed one at 18 or I'd "never have credit or get a loan". Sometimes middle aged folk aren't as "life educated" as they like to believe. Lawl.
