I would absolutely eat that. As long as there is some darker pink in there I'm good, just prefer the darker red that is closer to rare and understand that resting creates more cooking while you had to chase the batteries.it actually came out medium rare, my camera batteries died, so I had to run for new batteries delaying picture by a few minutes. still pretty darn tasty!
that was 2 min on first side, 1 min flip side .. starting at 110f
best be ready to eat after plating up .. I may have to try 1 min per side to start more rare.
That's the way my wife likes them. She says the pink one taste better but she can't get past eating blood. I keep telling her there is not blood there but she doesn't believe me.Grandma served it burnt. I ate it and I loved it.
