...government has already created too many regulations where an agency head has the authority to decide procedures and punishments. Congress has definitely abdicated their own power.

We all know the plan. It's been used effectively again and again ever since Hitler. Just look at England, Australia, Canada, etc... New Zealand screwed it up and went too fast. They have all went down the same path. First universal background checks, then when that doesn't work we will need to register them. Can't confiscate them if they don't know who has them. Then an Assault weapon ban/buy back. Then when none of that does any good they will be forced to confiscate all weapons.

Were in for a long battle. We can expect them to continually chip away at our rights until they are gone. Not just the 2nd amendment, but the 1st and 4th are under attack as well.
