just keep your nose to the grindstone. Been looking for one with similar requirements for the last 2 years. Few and far between up here in NE OK. They pop up, but they're gone within hours. Good luck finding hog too. Not much up here. Was supposed to meet a guy last year at a lease in Henryetta. He posted the lease at 9am, I called at 9:10, we agreed to meet at 11:30. I drove from Tulsa to within 10 mins of Henryetta before he texted me and said he already leased it. Couldn't have been more pissed.
