I noticed that Oklahoma County Sheriff announced he wont be enforcing the new ruling unless you commit a crime and wont help any other agency doing it either.

Looks like Logan and Tulsa Co. Sheriffs have also made statements that they won’t support or enforce the new rule.

May as well toss a stock on em boys

Might as well make a lot of like minded friends and have legitimate plans to respond to constitutional threats to the fullest extent. (Homeland Security supports this and that can all be found on their website)

I wonder if someone goes through the eforms process will the ATF ultimately want pictures to verify the use of a brace and add some stipulation that you can't put on a stock after you get the stamp.

According to the ATF, once an AR pistol with a brace has been registered as an SBR, yes, you can later change to a shoulder stock. In their eyes, you are simply changing one shoulder stock for another. Just don't do it until you get the stamp.

I really hope the ATF gets ripped a new one about this stupidity.
