According to the ATF, once an AR pistol with a brace has been registered as an SBR, yes, you can later change to a shoulder stock. In their eyes, you are simply changing one shoulder stock for another. Just don't do it until you get the stamp.I wonder if someone goes through the eforms process will the ATF ultimately want pictures to verify the use of a brace and add some stipulation that you can't put on a stock after you get the stamp.
