Has anything been passed officially or is it all conjecture and YouTube gun gurus? I remember when the 80% decisions were coming and the Sky was falling, the earth was quaking, and they… banned the sale of 80% frames at the same store as the jig. Still legal to make your own but now it’s 2 purchases from different places. I’m curious what will happen with the pistol brace since my only “pistol” with one is a REM 700 in .308 and I’d honestly prefer a stock on it anyway. It was a dumb buy but dang is it fun.
I’m noticing a lot of people getting rid of pistol braces before December.

Is this some lawsuit or something? To date, there's no aft ruling or policy change that's in effect that I have found.
Ok i missed the ruling it happened Monday Oct 3, https://www.cnbc.com/2022/10/03/sup...preme Court on Monday,leaves the ban in place.
That’s for the bump stocks. I’m still waiting on the pistol brace decision to be made by ATF or whoever.
The ATF is scheduled to issue the final rule for pistol braces on or about Dec. 28, 2022. Then more lawsuits alleging executive agency overreach will begin.

I read one time that the AFT had like 11,000 agents. It was written in a very menacing font. Technically I’m too dang lazy to go look up the offishul stats. I figure it might be possible to round up twice that many pissed off rednecks in a couple of hours. I wouldn’t even hazard an assessment of the collective moral position but intent should be considered.
