I Hate Scorpions

Try termite spray around the door ledges and entryways. Unknown to us, we had several scorpion nests under the house and the termite spray wiped them out. I used Ortho because it was all I could get. Use it at full strength. I was battling termites at the time, it was just a happy accident that it slaughtered black widows and scorpions too.

Those little devils are supposed to show up like a searchlight when hit with a black light.
Did or do Amy of you have wood chips in you flower beds or landscaping?

We have killed over 100 in our house this year...... No joke! Usually find only about 10 or so but this year they are everywhere. Only found 4 or 5 in the bed so far with no stings yet. I sprayed every day for a week before they gave up.

We had killed 5 or 6 scorpions in our house this spring and I finally got around to spraying with Tempo. I sprayed that morning and we found 4 dead scorpions that afternoon on our patio. Haven't seen one scorpion since. I try to spray with it every Spring and Fall but just put it off this year until they had actually gotten pretty bad. Tempo is the best spray I have personally ever used. Expensive but good.

Saw a nice-sized tarantula up in Alabaster Caverns a few weeks ago, and a scorpion on the walkway. Killed the scorp. Let the spider go.

Have only seen one scorp and one black widow here in Green Country in the year that we've been here.

Tempo is the best spray I have personally ever used. Expensive but good.

Back in the day, chlordane worked good before being banned.
Haven't heard of tempo. Where do you get it?

Yes, I have pine bark mulch near the front porch.
