I have shot 1 deer with my 45ACP Hi-Point 1 shot instant drop and it never got back up.
I think he's saying the chest rig leaves your hands free so you can hunt stills.
I probably wouldn't try that myself. Them moonshiners can be awfully mean if they think you're a revenuer.
