Oh, man.... it was a bit of trouble, but worth every bit of it.

Bacon mesh:

Hot breakfast sausage:

Cream cheese:

Onions, jalapenos, cayenne pepper:

Then roll it up, then place in bacon weave, wrap that up:

Smoke with hickory for 4 hours:

Into the oven @ 350 for 45 minutes, let cool, enjoy.

Oh yeah, I put some sharp cheddar in there as well.
