I've made a few. But I'm lazy and just wrap some bacon around the outside.

It doesn't get the coverage of yours, but like I said, I'm lazy!

Looks better than the BBQ sauce laden bacon bomb that's made it 'net rounds for several years. I made one once, and it was just too much. I'm gonna try one of these next time I smoke.

Maybe jalapeño strips in with the cheese layer? That way, the children and sissies can remove them, so I don't get stuck eating it all myself.
