I'm not saying he falls for them, but that he knows his audience will, and based upon the responses in the first page of this thread, I'd say he knows his audience pretty well.

So you are saying that first, Rush intentionally lies to his audience to spread misinformation, and two, either the mainstream media does the same or that Rush is just smarter than members of the mainstream media?

Here, but occasionally There.

Ah, so because I listen to Rush everyday, I'm gullible? How many folks are there on the OSA forums that read one post on a thread and go off on it without having full knowledge of the facts, and, can you say that you never have either? I am pretty sure that I have at some time or another.

Does Rush occasionally make mistakes? Yep, he sure does, but that just proves that he is human.

Google can be a deceiving source. Someone posted early on here that they read the Dorner manifesto on FOX and it said nothing about the AWB comments that he made. However, I was able to find two sources that did have it. Apparently, some chose not to post the whole thing.

Sadly, from the mainstream media and politicians down, folks get the wrong impression of fact. Case in point: Jesse Jackson saying that an AR-15 can "blow up a train."

I think you were the first guy to identify Palookaville as an imaginary place, so I wasn't talking about you. I was making a (perhaps unfair) dig at someone else.

One day I'm gonna get on a Plain, who knows where it'll take me(I sure hope they don't hit the breaks).

On second thought maybe I'll just jump a trane.

Just be sure when you are ready to get rid of your plain you decide whether (depending on the weather) to sale or sail it. Some people sell theirs but I suppose others might cell there's.
