I wonder if that's what got my dog's barking... I didn't notice anything because I was asleep, but they started going crazy almost like someone was in the house.
I thought maybe it was the (apparently) new white strobes on the Perry Broadcasting tower down by Alfalfa. I've lived here four years and never seen anything but red from that tower, but those white ones are super bright...

I thought so too until there was a post upgrade on OK quakes.
I looked at that. The 1.7 was near Jones and at about 10PM last night. This one was at 1:25AM this early morning and from what I found on the USGS page is that it was in Mid West City and a 3.3

I'm in MWC and felt both. The weird thing is that I woke up about 10-15 seconds before each of the rumbles. Sixth sense I guess.
