That’s terrible! They will hopefully give the shooters back what they gave and save the money for a trial.
I watched a video earlier of a cop pulling up while a guy threw another off a bridge. The man was at gunpoint and still turned pulled something from his waistband and threw it off the bridge. Made me think how many millions of interactions that occur where the cop takes unnecessary risks to avoid shooting. Just an impossible job to get perfect.
