What happened to the "no religion in schools" policy that people have been fighting over for years? I agree, that no teacher is going to force my child to subscribe to a religion that isn't accepted in my house.
Religious freedom is one thing, but to force a different religion on a child with physical force is criminal.

Let's say that the teacher was a Romney-supporter... and was teaching kids a Mormon "sign"... and became angry with an Obama-supporting kid.

I did read the name of the thread... So, if it is true. Why in the world would any teacher yank on a childs arm, hand or any other body part? Regardless of the gender, race, religion or polical affiliation of any of the folks participating?
No, they'd sing the teacher's praises and then some how make the teacher the victim of liberal bias.
