Have them sign a petition form to nominate Timothy Knight. He is a big supporter of the 2A and is a member of many gun rights organizations.

He was instrumental in the Colorado recalls. He is trying to get nominated for the NRA board by the petition procedure.

WHY SHOULD YOU VOTE FOR ME?
Grassroots activism is going to be vital in defense of our liberty at every level of government. Citizens need to rise to meet the challenge, and NRA members can be those modern minutemen and women. Proven leadership will be one of the keys to our defense of the 2nd Amendment, the foundation of our Constitution. I was the architect of the Colorado recalls, helping to preserve liberty in that great state. It was the first time in modern American history that a state legislator was recalled from office for spearheading the legislative tyranny that attempted to crush our Constitutional rights. I want to bring that success to the NRA and continue the march towards equal liberty for every citizen in every state. Through education and viable solutions instead of broken political promises, we can take back the republic ... for which it stands.

MY PLEDGE TO NRA MEMBERS:
I will ALWAYS have a mailbox so that anyone can reach me to express their opinions, concerns, ideas or issues. Without people willing to stand up for our Constitutionally protected rights, those rights will disappear. Your voice is important to me.
I will continually encourage the NRA to defend AND expand our Second Amendment rights across the United States.
