That's made up BS

They all have their courses listed online; Show me those courses listed.

No, it's not.
Francis Tuttle had the Bank Teller course and it crashed from lack of interest.
They teach Cosmetology courses at the new Construction Center in Oklahoma City.
They are listed as a Technology/Industrial Center. They have over 50 pages of classes with things like Investment Strategies, Cake Making, etc.
And only 2/3 of a page listing industrial classes like Cabinet Making, Tile Laying, and Bicycle Maintenance.
They put together a program for autistic adults that gave them an Associate's Degree in Gardening.
Several of them work at the state capitol but aren't allowed to use any type of power tool because they might hurt themselves.
Get their catalog and look for yourself.

Those classes are not vocational classes and they don't qualify for state or federal funding as part of any workforce retraining programs.
Every vo-tech/tech center offers recreational classes for the benefit of their residents who need a way to things like that for themselves.
Yoga, guitar, and the like are paid for FULLY by the person taking the course.

Some of them have pilot training too where you can learn to fly a private aircraft but you won't get a job as a pilot and no one expects to.
It's soley for the satisfaction of the person taking the course.

It's dishonest to state or imply, that any part of stimulus funds were used place anyone at all in those classes.

Cosmetology is a legitimate career choice and also very popular.

The vast majority of classes at metropolitan tech centers are in the area of computers and health care.

And I don't know of any tech center that offers OR have offered training to become a convenience store clerk.

However, keeping in mind that Obama's appearances are alway pre-planned with pre-approved people, isn't there a possibility that this whole episode was a "put-up" job?

Granted, I'm not sure he gave such a great response to her questions and comments, but I still have to wonder whether he knew what they would be or not.

Check again. The funds used to build the Construction Center was federal funds.
As well as the program to give autistic adults Associate Degrees in gardening.
It's impossible to figure out all the funds they have ripped off from the tax payers over the years.
And a lot of comes from WIA funds.
