Wins over ranked teams gives OU more points. Texas will drop out of the BCS and OU will lose those points they had garnered for Texas being ranked. Despite ISU beating Texas they will not be ranked at all therefore no points.
Well, maybe they'll drop to #25 or something

The computers rank all the teams and don't stop at 25. Slipknot U will move up and Texas will move down.
It balances out a lot more than the days when you got a separate mathematical boost from beating a top-10 team in the early days of the BCS.
Where Texas losing really hurts OU is in the human polls. They won't get as much credit for beating an unranked UT, and they were never going to get a lot for beating ISU.
