Ok let me explain for what ENIC means (Extreme Nutjob In Charge).

It seems like they come out and do stupid shootings and harm innocent people right before major elections, as almost if Liberals are putting them up to to give them a forum to run on and try to destroy more rights, so they can somehow justify them being in office. I am not the type of person to believe in most Conspiracy Theories but man this is always right before major elections.

Too many in Chicago to keep track of and Chicago has some of the toughest gun control in the country. That's a paradox hard to explain with a knee jerk.

I'm kinda shocked the shooting in DC even made the news in light of the apparent circumstances. Now if it were switched around? Great distress and nashing of teeth would be on display from sea to shining sea.
