Is this a possibility! A way to get AR lowers.

This probably doesn't matter at all but I just had to ask...
The PSE Tac15 AR cross bow is an pretty much an AR cross bow upper. It mounts to any AR lower.
If PSE was to make their own lowers and sell these as a set would you have to fill out a 4473? Or could it be sold as a non firearm or xbow lower eventhough an AR upper would fit right in.
What makes me think it could...
If you buy a TC Encore with a ML barrel there is no paper work cause muzzleloaders arnt considered firearm by the ATF. But if you buy that same Encore with a rifle barrel on it then a 4473 is required.

The tac 15 is an upper. The tac 15i is a dedicated/permanent/monolithic stock. Can't take it off.

I'm sure if/when it comes to it, PSE will be by the book.

I realize they have the 15i that has a non detatchable stock. But if they offered a lower with the AR tac15...

Then somebody screwed up BAD!!

All Encores are considered firearms, muzzleloader barrel or not.

The new TC Pro Hunter FX looks like an Encore but does not accept rifle or pistol barrels and does not require a 4473.
