Is this a water moccasin

My dad passed away Tuesday and my step mom just now sent me this pic of a snake on the porch. I told her to leave it alone. She is out in the Binger area. I’ve never seen one that I’m aware of in all my years out there. I hate that she has to deal with this right now

Looks like a (soon to be) Fu King Daid snake.

Looks like it. I see darker blotches on the belly. A plain belly water snake doesn't have those.
