Which lotteries do that an why would they have a system that did? I mean you could literally have a person pull numbers out of hat, or pull balls out of a spinning drum. I thought the allure of the lottery system was the randomness of the winners. This is not like some machine at a casino is it?

I believe the only ones in Oklahoma that are ball-generated are powerball and mega millions.

Edit- I finally found it: Pick 3 and Cash 5 are RNG-selected, the rest use real balls.

The model of machine used is the Halogen, manufactured by Smartplay International of Edgewater Park, New Jersey. There are eight ball sets (four of each color); one set of each color is randomly selected before a drawing. The balls are mixed by a turntable at the bottom of the machine that propels the balls around the chamber. When the machine selects a ball, the turntable slows to catch it, sends it up the shaft, and then down the rail to the display.

Idiots, they are all fools for allowing this to happen, whether it actually did or not, still idiots to have that kind of system in place for the possibility.
