It looks like we should offer thanks to some of the federal judges in Texas. In addition to one putting a hold on Obama's amnesty executive order, another has ruled the federal ban on interstate sales as unconstitutional. While I'm still trying to find a secondary story, one that stated that the same judge refused to stay his order to give the DOJ time to prepare an appeal, this one will have to do as a start. If I find the refusal to stay story, I'll come back and post a link to it.
