the next day after mine I was home with the baby and grabbed him up to change the diaper and wham it hurt and a couple hours later they looked about the size of oranges.

dude, don't pick up nothing too heavy....you can't undo something like that. i stepped off my front porch two days later and thought someone had kicked me in crackers when i wasn't looking....(that's what my son calls them...crackers) like the guys said ICE ICE ICE and do do sh*t all weekend but lay around.
