Sometime Justice is Just Us...
Coming from a lawless west coast city I do believe that vigilantism may be the only answer to restore order. I kept the bums from setting up tents in my neighborhood via threats of violence, apparently they showed up in the weeks after I left. Unfortunately the store owners will likely be the ones that end up getting charged. These systems are not simply chaos, they are anarcho-tyranny and create a 2 tiers system, the productive and law abiding are punished and the criminal element operates freely. For example an unregistered dilapidated RV with meth smoke coming out of the windows can park for as long as it wants and throw trash and sewage in the street. A work truck will need to move every 72 hours or be cited and homeowners will be fined every time they have more than 20 pounds of garbage on trash pickup day.
