Just remember, you body doesn't store protein. If you take in more than you need you will just pee it out.

You're perverting a scientific principle here. You don't store it the way you store fat in adipose tissue, or carbs as glycogen. But you WILL metabolize any excess caloric intake and store it as fat if you consume more than you burn. It's not stored in an amino acid reserve, but also you don't just pass the protein out without storing the calories. That's true of carbs, fats, proteins, or alcohols; your body just stores it as fat.

I rarely do milk. Depending on the type I use itllvbe cold or warm. I have some chocolate that tastes more like cocoa and makes a nice warm cocoa but mostly use cold water
