A few months ago I bought a little P32 from a pawn shop for a bargain price. It was pretty rough looking but cleaned up nicely. Initially, it worked fine. Then it developed a problem of failing to fire. I tried to figure it out but I'm not familiar enough with these guns to know how the innards work.
I sent it to Kel-Tec and explained I bought it used and described the problem. They received it on Fri Oct 25th. I got it back today. They pretty much rebuilt the entire gun. New barrel, new slide, new fire control group, new firing pin/spring, new extractor, new mag catch and spring, new recoil spring and guide rod. Then they test fired it, documented everything and sent it back to me. I got it today...just over a one week turn-around. And they didn't charge me a dime.
I took the little guy out today and put 50 trouble free rounds thru it. Works perfectly.
I just wanted to recognize the outstanding support Kel-Tec provided for one of their products that wasn't even under warranty. This is just another reason I like this company and their products as much as I do.
