Hammer meets nailMaybe it just comes down to perspective. If a person isn't racist and doesn't surround themselves by racist people, all this talk about how racism exists might seem over exaggerated because it might not exist in their particular worldly experience.
Kinda reminds me of a buddy of mine. He owns a bunch of ATM’s and carry’s large amounts of cash. He refuses to get his CC. He thinks those that carry are afraid of something or just trying to be a tough guy. Now, it would be easy to argue with him about that,but I see things a little different than some in these cases. I think it’s good character indicator. He assumes that when he leaves the house, he’s entering into a world of good,solid people like himself.Maybe it just comes down to perspective.
