Not true, unless that is new... Kevin Ogle used to be Kevin Bowman in the Fort Smith market.

Hmmm, yeah I dunno. That's just what he said. Him and two other news people are the only ones I have any inkling of their real names, and they all use their real names.

Wikipedia says he was a sports reporter in Fort Smith, so maybe it's different? Then again two of the three I can vouch for are meteorologists... so, there's that.

Yeah, fake names in any media are perfectly fine and legal. Most journalists use their real names because of narcissism.
