Lamb Meat

How are you going to prepare it?

I make this Romanian dish called Mici or mititei, it's lamb, pork and beef mix. You have to mix it a week prior to marinate. My Birthday is next Saturday and Im gonna get down and dirty.

Since they started feed lot feeding lambs many years ago the flavor's all gone out of them. That unique lamb taste only exists in grass fed and nursing lamb.

Unless you remember eating lamb from 25 or 30 years ago you won't have a clue what I'm talking about.

It didnt close, it moved and they sold the building to a night club.

This is the address they had on Facebook 7310 N. Western. So I guess that it's not there now. So where exactly is it? 23rd and Classen?
