No they won't, it was a whimsical thought that they should to right a wrong, but our government will never do that.
Those people in government who are responsible for the misprision ought to be made accountable and reimburse those who suffered the loss. We the People should not be paying for those who did wrong - meaning the government should not be held responsible, the people running the government should be held responsible.
