Hello, I am a longtime lurker, newly registered first time poster.

I hadn't seen this on OSA yet, so I wanted to make sure to get the word out about this to make sure this garners support from the 2A community and get more elected officials in OK to support this effort. I hope this is the right forum and isn't a repost, if so, mea culpa.

Lawmaker Wants Gun Maker To Move To "Gun-friendly" Oklahoma

Okla. Rep. invites gun maker to Oklahoma after NY weapons ban

With so many northeastern states passing draconian laws infringing on second amendment rights, while being home to firearms manufacturers headquartered or having manufacturing facilities located there, they should not be able to legislate this industry out of business while reaping the economic benefits of their presence. Please spread the word and call your Legislators and Chambers of Commerce to request that they join Rep Kirby to recruit these businesses and jobs to Oklahoma where they will be welcomed and appreciated. Thanks!

Of course Remington makes some really good products but if they or any manufacturer started building here I would go way out of my way to buy MIO.

I know Nowlin is here. Who else is actually building guns or parts in Oklahoma? Not just assembling someone else’s parts.
