Legality of shooting dog on your property?

You give people too much credit. They understand. They just don't care. And you are right. It is heartbreaking. Sometimes the kindest thing to do is to shoot them. I've shot my fair share of dumped animals in my lifetime. I didn't take pleasure in it a single, solitary time. In fact, more often than not, I was amazed I didn't miss my eyes were so watered over.

That's rough. I've never had to do this but I would if I had to. I love dogs and we own three of them. I also have a 15 month-old daughter whom I love much much more. My dogs are expendable and that's all I'll say about it.
