Personal preference is fine and dandy if it makes sense and someone can justify why they do something that may be a little different then the norm. Reducing your sight radius for no obvious reason doesn't make any sense though. I guess it doesn't matter though since you're selling it.

Seems to me that even a bigger downside than a slightly-shortened sight radius is that the aperture size will be incorrect, that distance from your head. It would make the big aperture usable as a small one, but make the small one unusable, and no big one for close-in use. No biggie though; easily moved.

Well i can pound rounds at 300meters no problem its very similar in distance like the M16's & M4's we shoot here on base. Its moved 2 notches up not half way down the rail.
