Yeah - the Troy Battle sights don't seem to fold completely flat on the rail, so I moved it forward (its only finger tight right now) and put the rubber ladder under it until I could ask why it isn't straddling the rail (like I thought it should, but honestly have no idea since this is my first set of folding BUIS).

I'm going to mount the phone somewhere in-between the 4 VFGs (won't two of them be HFGs then?). Actually - that's my new work phone and its been almost as problematic as the build has :D

Now I seriously need to get the Flash suppressor perm attached, but OPS can't get to it until next week and I don't know of anyone else around here who can do it (Steve Baldwin isn't open on Friday, so it would be next week before I could get it back from him anyways as I'm not in OKC very often anymore).

I've got a YHM 4-pot Phantom and now Coltdogg's old 5-port Phantom (both with the stab-a-mother-@!#$ker ends on them) and I'm not sure which to use - they both look cool and will essentially do the same thing for me, but I don't plan on doing too much prone shooting with this thing, so I don't know that I need the bottom. Kind of seems like I need to be sure since I'm having it soldered on.

Its a sword fight.

The little ears on the sight go in the narrow area right above the charging handle. It probably isn't helping you any that you have ladders under both your irons.

Who's barrel is that? Is it fluted? What lengths? chamber? Chrome lined?

Details man! :)

That there's a CMMG bargain barrel - found it online when I was waiting on my M4 profile barrel (hence me canceling that order and forgetting that I got a pencil barrel and then totally ordering the wrong gas-block which delayed me even further).

Got it from the M4 forums for a good deal - its got M4 feedramps, pencil profile, Chrome-lined 1/7 twist - so it actually turned out to be a good thing since I plan on dragging this thing around for battle with wild-hogs and its pretty light weight so far.

Hey - look at that - covered up the Peni too (I didn't mount it that far back because I didn't think I was supposed to cover that up)

The ladder cover under the front sight doesn't seem to affect its laying-flatness.
