I’ve read that’s not really the case with 10mm now as it was when the cartridge was first introduced. Metallurgy has gotten better and the guns built for 10mm now are much stronger than the first ones that were built.
I had a 10mm stainless made in Wyoming I think it was back in the 80's or early 90's. Company building them had a horse rearing as a logo. Great gun, but like now, brass is hard to find and expensive. Hated to spend an hour looking for brass in the grass when shooting it.
Unfortunately, it was one of the guns stolen from our home during a burglary.
