This incident is outrageous! First of all, Marissa Hargitay should be arrested and charged with impersonating a police officer, accosting a juvenile, and attempting too abduct a child; then the mother of the child should be arrested and charged with child endangerment and child abandonment; finally, the child should be arrested and charged with vagrancy and solicitation! It’s NYC, by jingo, and the LAW MUST BE UPHELD!
