1 bolster material cut
2 Clamped to side of knife and holes drilled
3 Both bolsters held together and both holes drilled
4 Bolsters pinned the pins taken out , holes tapered reamed
1 pins have been mashed to spread the tops
2 rough ground to show no pins showing
that's pretty much just like I do it more or less, I mock up with super glue and do not use clamps but same results.
Almost finished except mark and sharpening
Paper pattern used to make the sheath.
Sweet looking blades brother...!!!!!!

Great explanation of how its done. You make some fist class blades.
What are the specs on this one and cost?
One weekend to grind and heat-treat blades.
Next weekend to install guards and handles and finish grind handles.
Now 24 sheaths need to be made.
These are a few totally finished out of the box of knives.
Left is buckeye burl, middle is a spalted maple, and last is a maple burl finished.
