Just in case anyone is interested, I found some after market mags for it.

Cabela's had some Plinker Tactical mags in stock. The reviews on it were pretty good so I ordered a few.

More fun with a threaded barrel? Why? Unless you own a can, it is purely cosmetic on a rimfire.

hence the more fun , besides that they(awb) list it as an evil feature , so i particularly want it .

If you guys are patient, keep an eye on grabagun.com. They will occasionally get in a few, and at $429 + $5.99 shipping for the model I ordered, it's a pretty good deal. I'm waiting on one now; I'm in no hurry though. I'm sure it'll be a few weeks, but I'll eventually get it. They had the one with Magpul sights, stock and grip in stock for a few hours last week, too.

I posted in another thread this morning that Academy in Edmond had one - according to the sales person, the asking price was $479.

If I was a profiteer, I would have snatched it up. But...
