Hmm, hollow points in military use enters into interesting territory as far as treaties.

The U.S. didn't sign the part of the treaties prohibiting expanding ammunition. We comply, until now, as a matter of policy, not treaty.

I was thinking the same thing. At first glance, it's a dead ringer for the Winchester Ranger SXT.

I've compared the M1152 training ammo to regular WWB. It is noticeably hotter, but not 9mm major or anything. I really want to get my hands on some M1153.

The 1153 is supposedly similar, but not identical, to the Ranger X-T rounds. But I can't find those either.

More precise would be to call it The Hague Conventions Treaties. Plural.

There are at least 2: one in 1899, one in 1907.
