Made some nifty fishing sinkers today

Fired up the lead pot,, did not make any bullets but here are a few of the sinker styles i have fun making.

Yep - we made some heavy slip sinkers, and flattened them a bit with a hammer for that very reason.

I have made them with grappling hooks made from the same copper wire.
those get traction in the swift river current.
I have not used the flat or spoon ones yet..
Going to tenkiller some time soon. may hit the big river and try them.
