So riddle me this:
In the state of Oklahoma, any person who is a legal resident of a state that allows concealed carry without a permit may also carry concealed in Oklahoma without a permit, so long as they possess a photo ID showing they are a legal resident of that other state and also meet the legal requirements for permitless carry in that other state.
Not so for our own residents. Seems a little bullshitty.

Unhappy, I called the Govenor's office. Naturally, I had to leave a message, but they did call back promptly.
I spoke with a pleasant young lady, who was certain that the out of state Constitutional Carry people could not, so I read the statute numer and what not to her. She would not make a statement at first as to where her office stood on the subject. Finally she said she knew the Govenor was in favor of permitting to "keep the crazies away from guns." I explained that criminals and crazies don't care about, or pay attention to permitting because, you know, they're crazies and criminals. No response. She is having someone else call me back.
It will certainly not happen during the career of Mary Falin.
