I've been using one for several months. Mainly to vacuum seal freshly freeze dried items to keep a stock handy. The grandbaby loves freeze dried apples and bananas, so I seal the majority of each batch up for long term storage in mylar with an O2 absorber, but fill quarter or half-gallon jars with a snack stock for her. Has worked great so far. Will keep that way for as long as she lets them last with no O2 absorber wasted.

This is the one I bought that I know works...it's got a 15% off coupon going right now.

We have one. Works good, I think, so far.

Use it mostly for rice, beans, popcorn, flour in Mason jars.

Can't say we've used a lot, but what we have, it works and we're happy with it.
