Only time I think brown should be worn is with blue. Black for everything else. If you match the shoes to the holster, you're as cool as you can get

You would wear black shoes with a brown suit?

I like black shoes for about everything. I have a few sets of cordova brown for other colored suits.
You should have seen my brown platforms in the 70's with my purple leisure suit.

Another thing, when the hell did these skinny high water britches come back? Bottom of the pant is 6 inches off the ground.

Never worn a black suite in my life, so I guess I wasn't thinking about that. When I wore one, black 4 days a week with a blue one thrown in so my wife wouldn't think I didn't have class.
