Adjudications are a huge issue that needs to be addressed. The system now, or lack of one is a huge mess.

Court rulings in the 80's have a LOT to do with the mess we have now. Mental health commitments dropped drastically and many in need of full time care became homeless on the streets or incarcerated in prisons. When we ignore the needs of the mentally ill, we reap what we sow. Still yet, turning the decision over to doctors who are ill prepared to safeguard civil rights isn't the answer. Re-engaging the courts and forcing them to make those tough choices is. Follow that up with accurate reporting and a mechanism for reassessment.

Of course none of this will fit into the social construct the Progs would have us all living within. :(

You see ...your using too much logic and reasoning...on a mental issue?

.Legalize drugs, collect a tax...7/8 ths of the problem solved.

.Kick them dirty rotten politicians OUT of the white house, and lets use the tax money to fix our country.....Simple

.Better yet, put a fence around DC and when persons get too whacked out on drugs ....send them there.

.Problem SOLVED
