Knowing Midway nowadays, as soon as those shots were fired yesterday afternoon, they shut down the sale prices. I saw where SG Ammo claimed a 2000% jump in ammo sales from 6pm-11pm last night, and that trend continued through this morning

Kinda figured something like that.

MY grandson and I burned thru just over 1000 rounds on Saturday at the range and I was looking at replacement stock!!

They just had a sale on Remington .22 LR - 99 cents for a box of 50. By the time I made it to their website, they had limited the sale to max 10 boxes. I said, okay I can always use an addition 500 rounds on .22 to run through my Ruger Mark IV or my S&W M&P .22 The ammo arrived with 5 days by UPS, however the small boxes were tossed in a shipping box and covered with paper. Every small box opened during shipping, so I received 50 rounds of ammo scattered inside the shipping box. A small inconvenience.

Just curious. Do y'all have an account and get notified when the ammo sale happens or are you just perusing the Midway USA site and see the sales? Seems they run out of the cheap priced boxes fast then mark it right back up to where it was at before so they aren't running out of stock.

Midway has been doing one day loss-leader sales on various ammo for at least a month. The quantity at the sale price is always limited to a few. They don't want you to stock up on the loss-leader, they want you to buy other things or pay full shipping on only a few boxes of ammo.
