This is for the mischief machine P365 XMacro (17 rnd) commander series metal grip module, NON-safety version. Shot with the module maybe twice. Will flush fit the macro/XL slide or a p365 + pmm comp. My FCU had the extended slide release. As you can see, it took a very small portion of the coating off. I was unable to drop the slide with the extended slide release using this module so would say you would need the regular size slide release. Pm for more pics or any questions. Retail is $429 plus shipping
