With any luck the new turnpike will have a roller coaster bridge and the state won't force the contractors to fix their mistake. Talk about hosing the tax payers.
The bridges I was talking about was a mistake by the designer, that's who should have been held accountable. Of course it would have likely bankrupt the consultant so the state wouldn't want to do that. With any luck the new turnpike will have a roller coaster bridge and the state won't force the contractors to fix their mistake. Been down I-40 east at rush hour? Traffic at the 40/240/Choctaw Rd area is bonkers....

Hell, I'm all for it. The only well maintained roads in the state are toll roads.
I hope this is sarcasm. I wouldn't call the turnpikes well maintained in comparison to other states.
