Mossberg 152

I recently got a Mossberg 152 on a local trade and it was beat up and covered in light surface rust.

I spent a good amount of time cleaning up the rifle. It got a a fresh stain after some smoothing out of the stock. It got a nice polish with some oil and a buffing cloth and replaced the luggage strap sling with a proper sling.

The peep sight and the folding stock are very interesting features to me. I’ve never seen them on a 22 as factory options until this one.

It’s very accurate and I really enjoy shooting it.

Excellent clean up on that rifle!
Those are peep sights used on target rifles. We had the same when I was a kid taking the local gun club Kids On Target program that still exists today, 48 years later!
